Welcome to Agile MedLabs. By accessing our website, booking services, or using our mobile DNA and drug testing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Offered

Agile MedLabs provides:

  • Mobile DNA testing (paternity, ancestry, legal verification)

  • Mobile DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing

  • Mobile collections at verified public locations (no in-home testing)

  • Testing for both personal and legal purposes

We reserve the right to update or discontinue services at any time.


2. Eligibility to Use Services

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian

  • Provide accurate information during booking

  • Have legal authority to request tests when applicable (e.g., paternity, employer testing)


3. Medical Disclaimer

Agile MedLabs is not a medical clinic. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Test results are provided for informational, legal, or administrative use only. Always consult with a licensed physician for medical guidance.


4. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled online or by phone

  • A cancellation or rescheduling notice of at least 24 hours is required

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations  made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $75 service fee

  • If you are late by more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled


5. Test Results

  • DNA results are typically returned within 1–3 business days (or 24 hours with Express Testing)

  • Drug test results may vary depending on the method and lab used

  • Results are delivered securely via email, portal, or sealed hard copy, depending on your choice

Agile MedLabs is not responsible for delays caused by lab processing, shipping errors, or incomplete samples.


6. Legal Use of Results

You are solely responsible for how you use test results. While many of our tests meet legal and DOT standards, Agile MedLabs does not provide legal representation or interpretation of test results.


7. Privacy & Data Security

Your personal and health information is protected under HIPAA and other applicable laws. For more details, view our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your data without consent unless legally required.


8. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept credit/debit cards and authorized third-party payment processors

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • No refunds once a sample is collected


9. Limitation of Liability

Agile MedLabs is not liable for:

  • Any medical, legal, or employment decisions based on test results

  • Damages resulting from the misuse of information provided

  • Losses caused by events outside our control (weather, lab delays, tech issues)

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.


10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms. The most current version will always be available on our website.
